I have been tried to do it myself many times but felt I need your help.

Adding captcha in website is not difficult thing which cannot be done. You only need to have Captcha code and location where you want to put this. Captcha code is easily available on internet you can search it. I think if your site is in php you can search for php piece of code of captcha. After this put it in web page code.
