 Cumulative Layout Shift is google matrix now it became the ranking factor. CLS occurs when a visibility of a element on the web page changes it's position from one rendered frame to next

Basically, it's on of the Core Web Vitals metric calculated by summing all layout shifts that appears on the site and that aren't affected by some kind of action or interaction on the site. It refers to a stability of some page after loading process, elements should stay on their place even after this.
