Hi Friends,

UTM parameters are simply tags you add to a URL when your link is clicked, the tags are sent back to Google Analytics and tracked. With UTM parameters, you can tag your links to gauge the effectiveness of your campaigns and identify the best ways to drive more visitors to your website

The one and only purpose of UTM parameter to track your visit. By adding campaign parameters to the destination URLs you use in ad campaigns, you can collect information about the overall efficacy of those campaigns, and also understand where the campaigns are more effective.

UTM stands for Urchin Tracking Module. UTM parameters are simply snippets of code, which can be appended to the end of a URL to track information about the visitors arriving on your website. You can track where they came from and what they clicked on to get there.
