Hi Friends,

Direct Marketing Campaign: In direct marketing campaign, the advertiser is interested to target the audience who are most relevant to the business. The most common campaigns are Search Networks Only, Shopping Campaigns, and Dynamic Search Ads etc.

Branding Campaign: In branding campaign, an advertiser exposes his brand on major sites and applications. The most popular methods are Display Ads, Re-marketing, YouTube Ads and custom Ads.

1.Direct marketing have short term orientation and branding is having the objective of long term advertising.

2.Direct marketing is having a quick customer action .Direct marketing can occur through variety of media.Branding will take long time to take action.

3.The purpose of direct marketing is to generate immediate business. Branding helps your company establish its position in market place for long time.

4.Companies use direct marketing to generate new business , attract new customers, create revenue. Branding gives competitive distinction from competitors by conveying to customers whats makes your company and products unique, different or better.

5.Direct marketing is the potential for creating a price orientation with your customers. Branding relies on continuity, consistency, investment and delivery brand promises.
