Hi,

As a tool for connecting a business with its customers, however, social media is vital to both. It's important for both, but in different ways. While B2C businessescan focus on more light-hearted, fun social media posts, B2B businesses need to use social media to share valuable industry content.

Hello,

Social media marketing is effective for both B2B as well as B2C businesses. Again it depends how you brand your self on social platforms. Social media contributes in improving your digital PR, brand image & brand recongnition. It also contributes in genereting leads a well. Most of B2C business are only using social media for their operations. Yet again for B2B it is a neccessaity. A company has to change it self according to the new trends in market. Social media is the new medium used for advertising these days. It has taken a large chunk of portion of advertising from conventional print and other electronic media.

Yes, social media marketing is better for Business-2-Business or Business-2-Customer Businesses. But the goals, marketing strategies, and content of B2B have greatly differed from B2C marketing.

B2C marketing is used to drive traffic, sales and awareness, while B2B marketing is used to get focus on brand development and lead generation.

It's for sure better for B2C business, cause not that many of the B2B companies have or even plan to have something like FB page, they do it old usual mail via physical meeting, phone or e-mails at best and that's it. All that fancy stuff is for end clients really.
