Root Admin Daniel Posted April 13, 2019 Root Admin Report Share Posted April 13, 2019 While most search engines are great at analyzing the words on a page to find topic or theme, you can help them even more by providing specific information in a standardized language that search engines can understand. Structured data (also called schema markup) provides this extra information. Structured data simply means data (or information) that has been organized in a specific way (structured). The structured data can include information about a web page, e.g. author, title, description, rating, ingredients, cooking time, video length, etc. At its discretion, Google can then use this data to add more value to the search results. rscomponentseo
In SEO, Schema is the microdata that makes it possible and easy for search engines to find relevant web pages to present to users’ search queries. The better the Schema, the more quickly the search engine can match your page to a search; the more likely you are to show up at the top of a search engine page and be clicked on and browsed by a potential consumer. PoolMaster
Schema (schema.org) is a structured data vocabulary that defines entities, actions, and relationships on the Internet (webpages, emails, etc). This vocabulary makes it possible for search engines to understand the meanings behind subject matter (entities) on the web, and in turn, serve a better user experience for Internet users.
