Cross linking is the linking between two sites, whether or not they are owned by the same person. It is also use for the purpose of link popularity, also known as reciprocal link and two way linking. Cross Linking is a popular technique designed to build traffic and increase Page Rank. It relies on two websites agreeing to point an outbound link to the other site.
