Also, you may use SEO tools like SemRush, Ahrefs, Majestic or Link Research Tools to see all your backlinks (or your competitor's ones)

Best way to check backlinks which is indexed by Google

1. Login to Google Search Console
2. Click on "search traffic" which is on right side bar. Then click on "Links to your site".

You will get list of those links which were crawled and indexed by Google.
